Illustrator Franklin Booth's bookplate "This Book Is A Part Of The Library Of =" printed in "Textbook of General Zoology", 3rd ed. by Curtis And Guthrie, New York: John Wiley, 1938.

Somewhat off-topic, but I ran across a book with a bookplate by the great American illustrator Franklin Booth, a favorite artist of Joel at Big Planet Comics, so I threw it on the scanner.
